Sickies..

It's been a hell of a couple of weeks here. First I got a nasty UTI. Not once, but it had the nerve to come back. Then Tom got some sort of cold/flu. I think it was less than a flu, but more than a cold. And then..I caught it. I get really offended when I get sick like this. Seriously, it pisses me off. Last night I was starting to wonder if it was strep. My ear and throat hurt. My friend Janine told me that Apple Cider Vinager kills strep. Before going to bed we both gargled with a 50/50 solution of ACV and water. Then we drank a couple of sips. It was instant relief! We were really amazed. We went to bed and were able to laugh our asses off at some of the dogs in the toy dog part of the National Dog Show. We woke up today and while Tom is much better, I am sick with a sore throat, ear ache, body aches, fever, cough....The first thing I did was hit the ACV again, and it worked just as fast. Next time you feel like this...Give it a shot. Maybe you'll also be blown away by it. Make sure it's high quality stuff with the mother, like Braggs.
