Today was my second acupuncture treatment. After the needles, he did something called body alignment. Basically he beat me up! I can't even explain how much it hurt..But when I got up, I was so loose and felt great! I know I'll be sore, and possibly bruised tomorrow, but all in all, I think it will be worth it. And yet..OUCH!
