
A great alkalizing and healing tea. Good for so many things. One cup a day is great for an overly acidic condition, but I tend to make these medicinally as needed. Great for your kid's tummy ache and your hangover :)
Here is how I make it:
Dissolve 1 1/2 tsp. kuzu in one cup cool water. Add 1/2 tsp mashed umeboshi plum, a few drops tamari and a pinch of grated ginger. Heat and stir almost constantly until thick. Remember to be really careful not to burn your mouth. It's a thick drink that holds heat. I can't say enough about this wonderful drink.
