I noticed the lilacs are in bloom on two of our bushes yesterday. It doesn't make sense. I should be miserably rubbing my itchy watery eyes, sneezing my head off and totally congested. I think I've had some sort of natural homeopathic allergy miracle with local raw honey. I wasn't trying - I've just become addicted to Yogi Tea with raw honey and almond milk. I've heard of people eating local raw honey to ward off allergies but as someone who has had to use prescription steroids in the past - I never paid much attention to that. Now, however, the proof is in the pudding - or honey as it were - and I'm a believer!
