Chickpeas!



Or should I say chickie peas? :)

This is so quick easy and yummy.

In a small bowl mix:
2 T Olive Oil
1 T Lemon Juice
2 T Brown Rice Vinager
1 clove garlic, crushed.
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Add to a bowl with 2 cups chickpeas and 2 cups steamed brocolli (bite sized). I added extra olive oil and some herbamare.
