
I'm always making pizza. So far my favorite one is on lavash with roasted asparagus, grilled chicken, chevre, sauce and cheese. I also love brocolli and garlic w/kalamata olives. We are on this no gluten/soy/dairy thing but we really wanted pizza last week, so we walked to the co-op and bought some yummy locally grown lacinito (dinosaur) kale and I figured I could make some sort of "pizza'. I sauted the kale with lots of garlic and put it on a mochi crust with sauce and nutritional yeast "cheese" and to my surprise, it was awesome! We chowed it. It was fun getting locally grown organic produce and pulling a vegan/gluten free/soy free/dairy free pizza out of thin air! Those mochi crusts rock.
